When we found out that Charlie’s team was playing Wath Brow Hornets, a rugby league club in Cumbria, we knew the three-hour drive from home would be a stretch on match day so to avoid a pre-match rush and ensure that Charlie was well-rested, we decided to make a weekend of it!

Today was a big day in our household! Our little superstar, Louie, celebrated his very first football presentation, marking the end of his journey with his Under 5's training team. It's hard to believe how quickly the time has flown since he first laced up his boots.

Just wanted to give you a quick update on my fitness journey. For the past two weeks, I've been on a bit of a gym hiatus. We took a little mini break to London to watch our rugby team, Warrington Wolves. in the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley Stadium, and with all the fun activities and exploring, there wasn't much time for my usual gym routine, although there was a lot of walking involved, which of course i tracked in the MyWellness app.
